Kat’s Choose Your Own Adventure Recipe
During the Podcast prep, Kat shared with us her favourite Green Smoothie. However, during recording she let it slip that her current go-to treat is a chocolate chip granola bar, so of course, I asked her to share it as well. This leaves you to decide whether or not your want to be healthy or not so healthy.
Kat’s Superfood Green Smoothie:
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein
2 Handfuls of Spinach
1 Banana
1 Serving of greens, I personally would use my AG 1 powder, whereas Kat uses Q Science’s Ultra Green.
Post-Hike Granola Bites:
1.5 cups of quick oats
.5 Cup of all-purpose flours
.5 Cup of Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
2/3 Cup of Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup of Chopped Walnuts ( I used Almonds)
1/3 Cup of Raisins (I used Apricots)
.25 Cup of Neutral Flavoured Oil
6 tbsp Plant-Based Milk
Bake at 350 for 40 mins
