Autumn Jilly Box - 2020

While I am not ready just quite yet to tidy away my summer wardrobe in exchange for chunky knit sweaters and booties, Autumn really is one of my favourite seasons, and not just because it’s around my birthday haha.

Earlier than planned my Jilly box has already arrived and we all know I don’t have the patience to wait for the first leaves to fall before opening so here it is! Spoilers and all for the 2020 Fall Jilly Box.

There is a face polish and brush set from eluo beauty, the polish alone is as value of $45 with the addtion of the application brush brings this to a value of $63 CAN. If you are shopping online the polish that was in the box is the Forma Rosea which is designed to help hydrate the skin with the help from the nourishing fatty acids in the coconut and the moisture from the rose and sandalwood essential oils. I am really looking forward to using this as the seasons change and the weather becomes drier here in Calgary. Also included is an oversized top from Canadian brand ATNP, this too has a retail value of $60. I am in fact wearing it as I type as it is perfect with leggings and a pair of cosy slippers. I know I will be wearing this often during the semester as I will be home 98% of the time. ATNP currently doesn’t have a website available but if you register your email at ATNP.ca they will send you an email when the site is live. Next is a set of earrings from So Pretty by Cara Cotter, with a retail value of $110 the box has officially surpassed it’s cost in vlaue. They are heavy plated in 18k gold with a sterling silver 925 post. I don’t currently see these exact ones on the website (crystalline quartz & gold) but there are plenty of other gorgeous studs to choose from, I have my eye on the Mini Luna in Gold, I think they would be so sweet for autumn as well. Barefoot Venus was also included in this season’s box with their Mustard Bath…before you scrunch up your nose like I did, it doesn’t actually have mustard in it. I have to still do some research as to why it’s called that but it actually smells delightful with Wintergreen, Rosemary and Eucylptus to help pull out the toxins in your body as you soak in a lovely tub on a crisp autumn evening, talk about ideal. The Olive Scarf by Jackson Rowe is next in the box, it is a super soft blush pink light weight scarf perfect for the indecisive weather that comes with fall. Winter coat or summer dress this scarf suits it all. Retails for $45 CAN with the code Jilly20 for 20% until November 1, 2020… also comes in a variety of colours so if pink isn’t your thing I would still recommend taking a scroll.

Last and most certainly not least, in fact I have saved the best for last is an exclusive diffuser in collaboration with Saje, now I am already a huge fan so while my wallet stings a little as I just bought the latest collaboration from Jillian Harris x Saje (the aroma carve diffuser), I am equally thrilled to be getting this stunning matte blush Aroma Om Petit. And that’s it for the box! As usual there are add-on available this season it was. gorgeous Charcuterie Board from Crawford Creek Designs which I passed on as I already the beautiful and massive Noelle tray from Primrose which I use often to host. I did however cave and buy the Chelsea King x Jillian Harris scrunchie (yes another one), I couldn’t resist as it matches my favourite polka dotted two piece from American Eagle…if you don’t know what I’m talking about it was recently posted on my Instagram!
