Christine’s Gluten Free Banana Bread

I had the pleasure of speaking with Christine Fiorni, Style & Self Love Coach on the Hosted By Holly Podcast.

And as podcast tradition has it, I ask all my guests to share with us what thet bring to the table. Christine is sharing with us her Gluten Free Banada Bread here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3 Bananas

  • 3 Egg

  • 3 Cups of Almond Flour

  • .25 Cup of Melted Coconut Oil

  • .5 tsp Cinnamon

  • .5 tsp Satl

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • .25 Cup of Yoghurt

  • Plenty of Chcolate chips

  1. Pre-heat to 350

  2. Mash Bananas

  3. Mix in Eggs

  4. Pour in Melted Oil/Butter

  5. Add in Yoghurt

  6. Pour Batter into Lined/Greased Tin

  7. Bake for 50-65 Mins.
