Christine’s Gluten Free Banana Bread
I had the pleasure of speaking with Christine Fiorni, Style & Self Love Coach on the Hosted By Holly Podcast.
And as podcast tradition has it, I ask all my guests to share with us what thet bring to the table. Christine is sharing with us her Gluten Free Banada Bread here’s what you’ll need:
3 Bananas
3 Egg
3 Cups of Almond Flour
.25 Cup of Melted Coconut Oil
.5 tsp Cinnamon
.5 tsp Satl
1 tsp Baking soda
.25 Cup of Yoghurt
Plenty of Chcolate chips
Pre-heat to 350
Mash Bananas
Mix in Eggs
Pour in Melted Oil/Butter
Add in Yoghurt
Pour Batter into Lined/Greased Tin
Bake for 50-65 Mins.
