FabFitFun - Summer Box 2018
It officially feels like summer (multiple days where it's warmer than 20). Which also means it's time for the Summer Unboxing of my Fab Fit Fun Box!
I feel like I say this all the time but it's true, the boxes keep getting better and better.
My annual subscription was up for renewal but as soon as I saw what was included in this month's box it was no question! In celebration of one year around the sun I thought I would do a comparison to last summer's box!
The Value of my box this season was 357.99 (USD)...that is already over $100 increase in value from last years box!
Here's what's inside my Summer 2018 box:
Tarte Pro-Glow Contour Palette. Value $45, as a select member I had the choice of the Pro-Glow highlight and contour palette or the Pro to go palette and sex kitten liquid liner. The closest thing that would compare to the 2017 box would be the Cargo Highlighter at $30.
Jaboneria Marianella Body Caviar. Value $48, again I had the option between this, the Erth Tu Y Yo Ring at $55 or hte Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Gel at $39. Now I do like the Body Caviar and it makes my skin feel extra smooth and showers very lux, however with my job I feel like the Muscle Gel would have been more beneficial...noted for next time. The comparison for this from the 2017 box would be the Juicy Eye Concentrate at $29.
Vasanti Brighten Up! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator. Value $29, I am not quite sure why I picked everything skincare related this season...I guess I really need the help, but I did have the option of choosing the Maji Sports Loop Resistance Band at $15 Value or the Minor History Post Script Wallet at $20. At least I know I will use all the skincare I have versus a wallet I may only use occasionally. I would compare this to the BKR Bottle from the summer 2017 box at $35 Value.
Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel. Value $45, Surprise surprise another skincare item, I must have been very influenced by the next item on the list to want 3 body cleansing products. The other option I had for this was the Orlando Pita Play Atmos-Shield Hair Protectant Treatment Spray, I know this sounds funny to say but I have so much hair care stuff I didn't feel the need to have anymore. The Spray was a $34 Value and last years box I got the Klorane Dry Shampoo a Value of $20.
Foreo Luna Fofo Value $89. This Stands out above the crowd and really was the main reason I renewed this season. There's nothing else that even compares to it from last years box, unless you want to put the art kit to shame with a $22 Value....only $67 difference.
Coola Classic Face SPF 50 White Tea. Value $32, I guess its safe to say a sunscreen is expected in your summer box as it has now made an appearance two years running...different brand same concept. Last years was from Avene Thermal and had a $24 Value.
Pier 1 Imports Marble Ring Dish. Value $14.99, I loved this marble dish compared to last fall's dish, this is dainty and has a beauty marble detail...quite on trend and it holds my necklace from last year nicely (not pictured), the necklace had a $29 Value.
Summer and Rose Beach Towel Value $55, again I am sensing a theme....towels, ruana's something beach worthy. Last year's Michael Star's Ruana was close in value at $54, although I still wear it to the beach I appreciate the fact this micro fiber towel doesn't let me bring the beach back...the sand stays where it belongs.
Between the Tarte Palette, Fereo Luna and Coola Sunscreen the box is well worth it everything on top of that is a bonus!
