S T R A W B E R R Y - Pimm's Cup

All though the Rodeo has ended, the World Cup has be won and Wimbledon has come to a close, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy a Pimm's Iced Tea.

They recently launched a strawberry Pimm's which only pairs perfectly with tearrific's Strawberry Earl Grey Tea. Here's what I did to create the ultimate summer cocktail.

• Brew 1 Cup Strawberry Earl Grey for 3-6 mins (I did 7 knowing I would be mixing)

• 2oz of Strawberry Pimm's

• 1 Can of Red Bull's new Organic Tonic Water

• Handful of Strawberries (I used frozen to keep things cool)

• A couple pieces of cucumber

• And a Garnish of mint

• Ice

For 1 cocktail i used about half a cup of tea, and half the can of tonic water.

All you need now is a big sun hat and shades, lay out on a towel and you're set.
