It has come to my attention that while I may be busy getting things organized behind the scenes for the event on November 13, I may neglected to share the full details to YOU!

So here’s the re-revised update on the Fall Social.

Date: Saturday, November 13, 2021.

Venue: Ivor Petrak Room Banff Springs Hotel

Seatings:

  • Brunch Doors Open at 10am

  • Dinner Doors Open at 5pm

Ticket Options:

  • Brunch General

  • Brunch VIP

  • Dinner General

  • Dinner VIP

  • Full Day General

  • Full Day VIP

VIP Tickets include: Preferred Seating & VIP Box min $150/session.

Tickets are available throught Eventbrite. Tickets are non-refundable due to limited seats and meal orders, however if you are unable to make you can transfer your ticket to a guest of your choice, simply make us aware of it prior to the event so we can welcome them in!

COVID-19 Protocols:

Banff Requires guests to either be fully vaccinated or negative COVID-19 Test. You will responsible to meet these requirements, I look forward to see all your beautiful faces but I need to honour the venues protocols, without this I would not be able to host this event.

  1. Aren’t we in a pandemic? At the stage of writing this yes, we are which is why myself and the Banff Springs Hotel will be taking precautions. Things may change but as it stands, Staff at the hotel will take your temperature upon entry into the hotel and masks are asked to be worn while walking throughout. In the room you are not required to wear them, however if it makes you feel more comfortable you are of course welcome to do so.

  2. Can I get a refund? Refunds will not be given, unless there are changes to the event program that affects attendance size. *should party sizes shrink again, refunds will be given in reverse order of purchase. (if you were the last to buy, you will be the first refunded…but let’s not talk about that) I am hopeful that we will all be together. If COVID-19 makes it unable for us to meet full refunds will be given.

  3. I bought the wrong ticket…what now? Oops! We’ve all had that moment where we click the wrong button. Tickets are able to be exchange for same or greater value or they can be transferred. Ex: If you clicked Brunch but wanted Dinner or All-Day, email at hello@thebrokeblonde.com, with the subject TICKET ERROR. I will do my best to accomodate.

  4. What’s the happens after Early Bird? Like most Early Bird tickets the cost goes up. There are limited Early Bird seats once they’re gone they’re gone.

  5. What’s the difference between VIP & General Tickets? There will be a seating chart, VIP’s will have prime seating and exclusive swag bags, including full-size items, limited edition products and discounts.

  6. Who’s Speaking? Only time will tell (or if you’re impatient sign up for emails!)

  7. What’s in the Swag Bag? I’m not spilling any secrets just yet, but I know I would be bursting with anticipation, so I won’t keep you waiting too long. There will be spoilers in upcoming emails and over on Instagram. I will say it has been carefully curated, and thoughtfully executed. And yes, If you buy the bundle ticket you will get the best of both swag bags, no need to purchase separate tickets (save your money where you can!)

  8. How did you come up with the cost? As gracious as the speakers and vendors have been, their time and products are valuable and cost money, not to mention the venue fee and meal cost. The amount may seem a bit odd, but what I essentially have done is deducted approximately half of the transaction fee off of your ticket price.

    Ex: Original Ticket Price was going to be $250 for VIP Dinner but with transaction fee it would add up to $266, so I adjusted the price to $245 so the total ends up being $260.93. Trust me if I could get rid of fees all together I would.

  9. Method of Payment? Eventbrite accepts major credit cards. At the event we will have Square set up to accept credit cards, and cash. However with COVID-19 card is recommended.

  10. What are we Eating? Brunch will include a delicious plated brunch with complimentary components. The dinner seating will include a 3-course plated dinner, with complimentary wine. We will do our best to accomodate dietary and allergy restrictions. *This is another reason why seating will be charted.

  11. Can I request who I sit with? Due to limited seating, seating requests will not be available, however if you BOOK at the same time under one transaction I will do by best to seat you together. Tables are of 6 so if there is a conflict I will reach out to the purchaser and dicuss seating options.

  12. Where Can I Stay? I have designed the day for it to be possible to drive up from Calgary and back within the day. However there are plenty of accomadtions throughout Banff.

  13. What’s the Dress Code? Dress to impress, I personally love to make an occasion out of anything, I understand that may not be to everyone’s taste so please wear what makes you feel confident!

  14. Parking? Depending on the weather and how brave you’re feeling in the cold, you could use the ample free street parking down the road from the Hotel or Downtown Banff, the hotel itself has paid parking lots for hourly or daily rates and if you really feel like spoiling yourself they do offer valet as well.

  15. What do I need to bring? I can’t wait to see you! I will have your necessities covered for the time of the event, if you’re spending the whole day there will be a break between programs while we flip and sanatize the room so you will need to take your items with you. I typically bring my handbag with me everywhere I go with my wallet, phone and charger…There will also be a Pop-Up Shop with limited edition items and additional swag to bring home to those who couldn’t attend.
