Hollydays - Fredericton

Earlier in December I was able to pull off one of the BEST surprises ever! I was able to visit my best friend in New Brunswick. It was only a quick 4 day trip but the shock on her face was worth it all!

We did manage to cram quite a bit in over the course of the few days including a couple bottles of wine and Christmas movies of course!

Here is my highlight reel: 

• Surprising her obviously

• Then surprising her sister was a close second.

• Driving to PEI... now this was fun and plenty of chat time however we slightly missed planned it as we forgot night fall was around 4:30 so we didn’t see much and turns out the entire island closes by 6 in the winter... only a reason to go back!

• It’s safe to say I love was well fed over the course of weekend. We went to The Vault, probably one of the coolest venues/ restaurant set ups I’ve ever seen, but unfortunately as of Dec 31 it is no longer there. 

• Next on my Favourites list would be The Abbey, a cider brewery and a great spot for some comfort food (mainly veggie based which is right up my alley)

• We also decided to go for a girls brunch downtown to Palate, which had plenty of options for my dietary needed friends haha. 

• Another highlight for me was simply being with my bestie and blasting Mariah Carey’s “ All I want for Christmas” #noshame. 

I definitely would love to go back in the autumn and see all the leaves ... and the ocean but this trip will always be an amazing memory x

If you ever have the chance I would recommend taking a visit out to the east coast!
