Ipsy Bag- September

Well, we’re back at it, and starting with a gut punch, this has so far been the most disappointing bag since I’ve begun…and even knowing one of my October items, I can say next month will be better. September just seemed to be uninspired. Nonetheless here’s what was inside.

My selection this month was Ouai’s scalp and body scrub which I do think will be very beneficial come the winter. The second item I was happy to see was another brush, I know some of you might think it’s a bit repetitive but it’s one of those things you always need, and they retail starting at $10, so paying $20 for this bag and getting a brush makes it worthwhile for me.

The next product in the bag that I will likely try is GOLDFADEN MD’s Bright Eyes Dark Circle Radiance Concentrate, these sizes are great for travel so if I don’t need to pack my full-size products even better.

The final two products I will likely giveaway or gift — first is BELLÁPIERRE COSMETICS Pressed Banana Setting Powder in Light, while the shade is correct, I haven’t used a setting powder since 2016… and the last item is LOVE+CRAFT+BEAUTY’s, Glare Gloss in Blitz which is not my shade looking at the picture so without trying it I will give it to someone who will appreciate it.

Looking back on two months ago and seeing what products I use and which I don’t, July was a home run. I only used the Banilla cleansing balm once, because then I gave it to my mum to travel with, but aside from that the Trendbeauty Palette I still use almost daily, the Bad Girl Bang mascara from Benefit I still use as well, and the lip gloss from Complex culture I still reach for when I put on lip gloss. The only item I could say is possibly deemed as the forgotten one is PEAR NOVA’s Hand Cream Mini in Coconut & Eucalyptus, but even then it’s in my work bag…I haven’t worked in a month so does that really count?
