Mother's Day Gift Guide - 2018
Although it currently seems to be January 85th with the amount of snow on the ground, Mother's Day is right around the corner.
Once again I have created a little Inspo post for those still struggling what to get there mama bear.
I have created 3 "moms" with a range of gift ideas and layers so that you are able to pick an choose which (or all) the items best suit your mum.
Baker:
- Mixing Bowl: you can spend a fortune on baking needs but I found this gorgeous Mason Cash bowl at Homesense for only 16.99.
- Another thing you could add to this bowl is Wooden Spoons, Apron, or Oven Mitts. Again something cute and practical! This can range from 3.99-16.99
- Now that she has all the supplies there's one thing missing...a cookbook! I am a big fan of sweets and have been working through Butter Baked Goods and would highly recommend it the baking is as beautiful as the book itself.
Spa:
- For all your lovely mums, they don't always have time to pop out for a spa day bring the spa to her!
I recently popped into Southcentre Mall to pick up an assortment of goodies for my mama, including a few bits and pieces from Saje. Now my mum and I live off of their stress release roller ball so I picked up a replenishment and I also added their lavender leisure kit to my basket. If you wanted to add a couple more items to complete the ultimate bath, I would highly suggest going into Rocky Mountain Soap Company and grabbing a bath bomb or two...
**sidenote, if your mum is like me and loves when her house is tidy, offer to clean the bathroom too!**
There's still something missing...WINE! By her a bottle of her fav wine and let her disappear for a while, whether she's reading a book, watching a movie or simply listening to music the one thing to tie this all together is a bath shelf, you can pick one of these up at Indigo or Twisted Goods at Southcentre!

Bookworm:
This is pretty self explanatory, this has been designed for the mum who always has her nose in a book or is maybe part of a book club!
- Book...of course, I have a list here of books I have read so far this year as inspiration and a few more to add to my list of faves would be The Note, The Rosie Project or The Rosie Effect. If you have Amazon Prime you are set if not you can pop into an Chapters or Indigo.
