Good Morning Green Juice

I have always loved a good green juice but the $14 price tag refrained me from making it a daily habit. With COVID shifting businesses and forcing everyone to stay home I decided to bite the bullet and buy a juicer.

After asking around there seemed to be a clear winner as to which was the best juicer and that was the Breville Juice Fountain .

Now onto the juice. For a single portion here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Apple (I use green)

  • 1 piece of Ginger

  • Half a cucumber

  • 1 Lemon (or 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice)

  • 1 Handful of Spinach

  • 3 Stalks of Celery

I typically do 3 Portions which includes 2 cucumbers and 5 celery stalks so if you prefer for you single portion you can use 5 stalks of celery Or 1 whole cucumber.

Turn your machine on high (or recommended setting) and toss everthing in!
