Jilly Box Spring - 2020

Helloooo Blondies!

I am so excited to be sharing with you the Jilly Spring Box! If you are not a bachelor fan or have no idea who Jillian Harris…it’s time to climb out of that rock and enter into the real world.

Needless to say Jillian Harris launches her own subscription box in the Winter and it SOLD OUT in minutes and not even that they had to shut down and re-vamp their entire way of selection subscribers to a lottery, so the fact I was able to get my hands on one is a miracle to begin with…on top of that I was able to select a “continous subscriber” which means there will be a summer box too! But for now let’s jump right into what you came here for the goodies!

This box is by far the most expensive box I have ever bought it is $170CAN not including add-ons, with the add-ons it came to just over $300 YIKES! But once you see what’s inside I think you’ll see it’s well worth it.

To begin with the Add-ons:

Smash and Tess limited run of the Jilly Jogger Romper in pink, which I believe was $135 and then the Milk Jar Jilly Candle, the only thing I was slightly disappointed by was that while they are limited after the box was sent they were available to the public to buy their own also, this also went with the Erin Cardi from theskinny, which is the first item in the box! This Cardigan has quickly become one of my faves, and I believe it is still available online. I know at one point TheBirdsPapaya also had a colour run with them aswell in a gorgeous papaya coulour.

I personally love wearing it with my romper with a big cup of coffee in hand, where I typically add my coconut creamer from WithinUS or as of lately the MCT Oil from WithinUS that came in the box!

Next was a limited run of the Surf Soak x Jillian Harris Ylang Ylang bath salts, again this is now available on the Surf Soak website. I would recommend these salts if you can get your hands on it as it is such a nice smell and really steps up your bath game.

Now that you are settled in your nice warm bath may aswell give yourself the full spa treatment this includes the Rose Quartz facial roller and the Phoebe Oil from Cardea Auset, while this isn’t currently available it will be as of May 11th.

After stepping out of the bath I have been giving myself a little extra glow, as the sun has yet to make an apperance long enough for me to catch some rays, Luna Bronze is a new self tanner to me, I typically use SunnaTan but Luna is giving a run for it’s money!

Once all glowy it’s time to get a bit cheeky and pour a glass of wine and slip on my new Knix Undies…

There were a few artsy pieces included in this box aswell including a Print of a painting from Jilllian Harris’ makeup artist Kaitlyn Hargreaves as well as a couple of cards from Minted. As a gift in the box there was also a $50 Credit to the Jillian Harris Digital shop where I used it to buy the presets.

The last item were Prayer Beads from Cross Design in Vancouver. I have them currently placed on my tray from Primerose, which I think both would make a lovely Mothers Day gift…more on that in a couple of weeks when I share with you my curated Mother’s Day Gift Guide.

Well That’s it for the Spring Box! What are your thoughts…well worth the cash? Let me know over on Instagram!

Big Love, thebrokeblonde xo
