Quarantine Cosy’s

Hello Blondies,

Hope this finds you all well, and comfy. If not you’ve landed in the right place. While I have been trying my best to shower and get dressed, sometimes Pj’s just take over and I flop from sofa to bed back to sofa until it’s bedtime…sometimes this includes a quick trip to the grocery store, facetime or a parcel delivery and it’s always a little awkward answering the door in a robe….

This is definitely a bizarre time, I typically would be sharing with you my spring outfits and things to do…however I don’t feel like now is the appropriate time, so those will be waiting in the drafts pile for a later date.

For now I thought I would share with you my Quarantine Cosy’s!

While I can’t head out to the shops I have brought the shops to me. Not going to lie, I have been living in sweatpants. I have been loving the new Knix Loungewear line, along with their knickers…TMI? Their sweatpants are $65 CAN, to save $15 off your first Knix purchase I have attached a refferal link here! I would say they’re most comparable to the Base Jogger from lululemon or I believe they are now called Ready to Rulu, I haven’t had the chance to try on the Align Jogger but I would assume from the fabric of the Align tights they too would be a comparable match.

With Rakuten you can get UP to 8% cash back with lululemon and I got an additional 2% back from Knix and Aerie. To make your savings even sweeter use this link for your first purchase through Rakuten and get your first $5 back! I have to date received $240 back in cash…NOT discounts!

Smash and Tess x Jillian Harris pink romper is another comfy I have been living in, if you don’t have one you are missing out!! Plus they are a canadian company (as is Knix) so what’s not to love! If you have yet to try a romper now is your chance! Plus get $10 off. I have multiple and I love them all equally, most of the time it’s topped with an oversized as of lately it is the Erinn Cardigan from the Skinny, which I got from my Jilly box but you can also buy it separate.

I also bought a two piece outfit fromJoe Fresh that I impulsively bought during my weekly shop. The top is $24CAN and the bottoms are currently unavailable but the matching skirt is $24 and the dress is $32. At the time of purchase there was a promotion for 5000 bonus PC points so instead of redeeming I decided to hold off until a later date, but that is always an option to keep the costs even lower, especially at this weird time we’re in.

Now while I love a good snuggle sash with my blankets, I do try and find a way to get my body moving everyday…and one way I stay motivated? Cute work out clothes of course! I recently bought a pair of 7/8 tights from aerie along with the matching sports bra, and while I am loyal to lulu, these tights give them a run for their money especially when their on sale for $47+cash back from Rakuten! These are best compared to the Fast and Free tights which retails from $74 depending on length.

Now that the bottom half is now taken care of, let’s talk top half. With my work out gear I thought it was only appropriate to buy a matching sweater (which by the way is on sale for $36)! And while I love the look of my new lounge sweats with my over sized sweater I am still bias towards my own brokeblonde sweater, which is now on the shop!

…what are you living in?

Feel free to tag me on Insta or comment below with your go-to quarantine look.

Hope you have a great week and stay healthy xx

Big Love, thebrokeblonde xo
