September Favourites
I had a plan to get this done much sooner than now, and I entended to do a separate blog post showcasing my favourite back to school/work from home supplies. Well today friends you are getting a 2-for-1 deal.
Now that school is back in session I feel like I have been glued to my laptop and haven’t found much time to do anything else.
The one thing that has helped me feel a little less trapped during this strange COVID time is a routine. I’m not going to lie over the spring/summer I did really well at keeping on track with a workout routine through the ToneItUp app, however since August I have been on a bit of a downward spiral, but I am doing my best to get back on it.
However, I have been consistent at making my green juice daily. To clarify I don’t make it daily, only drink it daily. Since COVID the place I typically got my juice closed so I invested in a Breville juicer and I make my juice in batches. While I do love a green juice I have started playing with new flavours as cucumbers are now out of season, but more to come on that later.
This small act of planning is one less thing I have to worry about throughout the week, especially on tuesdays when I have back-to-back classes. Another tool I rely on is my agenda which is currently on sale!

Another routine I rely on is my Skincare routine…even more so now that masks are a thing and the weather is changing, as of August I have been using Dermalogica’s Hydro Masque Exfoliant.
This past month I have been a wee bit guilty on the spending spree, picking up loads of fall goodies including cosy sweaters and layering jackets, mostly from Joe Fresh as they are not only afforable but I can earn PC points and cash back.
I have been pretty much glued to the computer for school work, so I have been enjoying Naked Snacks thoroughly.
