What We Bought In February

Surely we can’t be the only ones waiting for spring to make its appearance?!

We definitely went full force on the spring haul, from floral dresses from Mahina to a shop night at one of our favourite local stores in Calgary, 27 Boutique. Here’s the link to a Tiktok we did with part 1 of the items…as it’s still cold we started with the items from Dynamite & 27, once the weather warms up we’ll be sure to share our Mahina favourites.

Speaking of florals, we’ve been bringing life into the home by repotting our plants, and changing out the diffusers, for the bathroom we selected Southern Nights by Milk Jar and for the larger spaces we have been using Botanic Passion a new scent from Saje…they may or may not be making an appearance at Flourish in Business on May 6th (spoiler)

Keeping on top of our 2023 Goals as best as we can, which means adding more books to our TBR list, we finished reading Uninvited by Lysa Terkeurst, so we bought 2 more of her books called: It’s Not Supposed To Be This Way and Good Boundaries and Goodbyes.

As for moving our bodies, we’re doing our best to counter all our sweets by getting our steps in and workouts, but we’re not longer in our late teens/early twenties which means we also need recovery time including cold plunges, saunas and our new favourite, the Renpho Portable Massager.

Of course, our addiction to coffee and trying makeup TikTok trends are still going strong so we’re doing our best to rein it in.
